Normally, your Soundmates Pro ANC should auto-connect the moment you open the case.

 

Pairing In AutoConnect Mode:

 

Take the right bud out and place it in your ear. You will hear “Power On”.

Take the left bud out and put in your ear and you will hear “Power On” then “Pairing”

 

If your Soundmates are not pairing automatically, you can manually pair your Soundmates following the below steps.

 

Manual Pairing Mode:

 

Step 1: Check Charge Level

 

Before you start, make sure your earbuds are fully charged inside of the case.

You’ll know if they’re charged when you look inside the case and all 4 LED lights are solid green.

If the case is left open for a long time, the LED lights will power save and turn off. That doesn’t mean they are not fully charged.

Simply close and reopen your case to check your charge status.

 

Step 2: Resetting The Case

 

Take the right earbud out of the case, and press the button on the back of the case for about 10 seconds until the red light blinks 5 times.

When that happens, place the earbud back into the case until the red light becomes solid and is no longer blinking.

Now take the right earbud out again and place it in your ear. That’s when you should hear the voice prompt that says “power on”.

Now, you’re gonna take the left earbud out of the case and listen for the “power on” voice prompt as well. That one’s good too.

You should now see the right earbud start blinking red and green. This means the earbuds are paired successfully and ready to be connected to your device.

 

Step 3: Bluetooth Pairing

 

Go to Bluetooth settings on your phone or other smart device and look for Tzumi Soundmates Pro.

Tap that and you should be paired and ready to go.

 

 

Soundmates Pro ANC General Use Tips:

 

• To switch the ANC mode on and off, hold the right earbud for 2 seconds after it's been powered on.

 

• If the right earbud is placed back into the charging case, it will power off both earbuds automatically.
