Sometimes your Fusion Clean vacuum will automatically turn off.

This may be caused by  hair or debris gathered in the vacuums internals causing it it stop.

Take the following steps to clean out any debris hindering the vacuum from functioning.

Step 1: Handheld Section Functionality Check

• Make sure the vacuum is unplugged from the charging cord.
• Remove the bottom section of the vacuum leaving only the handheld portion.
• Power on with just the handheld section.

If the vacuum is functioning normally with just the handheld section,

This can confirm the auto-off trigger is what is causing the issue.

To repair the auto-off trigger, which is located in the roller brush area, follow these steps:

  • Locate the lock/unlock latch which releases the roller brush on the bottom of the vacuum

  • Open the latch and lift up this edge of the roller brush only.
  • On this edge of the roller brush you will find a removable piece of plastic with one flat edge. Remove this piece from the brush

  • Check the area between the plastic piece and brush for any debris that has collected (which is restricting movement) and clean the entire area.

  • Place the plastic piece back on the roller brush with the flat edge facing up and latch back into place.

There can also be debris build up in the handle and pole sections of the vacuum.
Try taking the handle and pole sections apart, and ensure that the copper connectors in these areas are clean of debris.
