Thank you for contacting us regarding the recall of the FitRx SmartBell Quick-Select Adjustable Dumbbells (5–52.5 lbs).

We understand many customers are contact Tzumi customer support directly seeking updates or confirmation regarding recall submissions. Please note, all recall-related matters, including claim submissions, documentation review, eligibility verification, replacement processing, and future updates, are being managed exclusively through the official recall portal:

https://myfitrx.com/recall-52-lbs/

If you have already submitted your claim successfully, no additional action is required at this time unless you are contacted directly by the Recall Team. Our team is actively reviewing submissions in the order received.

If additional information or documentation is required to process your claim, you will receive a direct email request from the Recall Team. If no further information is needed, you will receive follow-up communication confirming next steps and estimated replacement timing.

Contacting Tzumi customer support email directly will not provide additional insight into the status of your submission, nor will it expedite review, approval, or replacement processing. This is done through recall, and multiple submissions may increase delays.

Please note that if your serial number is rejected by the submission form, this indicates that the serial number entered is not currently included within the serial number ranges confirmed under the recall with the CPSC and is therefore not presently identified as part of the recall population.

Some users have reported intermittent issues related to image uploads or file formatting during the submission process. In many cases, the issue appears to be related to how the upload system recognizes certain file types or extensions rather than the image itself.

If you experience difficulty uploading images, please try the following:

• Convert image files to JPG format
• If the file ends in “.JPEG”, try renaming it to “.JPG”
• If using an iPhone, avoid HEIC/HEIF image formats by taking a screenshot of the image and uploading the screenshot instead
• Upload one image at a time rather than multiple files simultaneously
• Reduce the image file size if the upload stalls or fails
• Use a desktop or laptop browser if possible
• Refresh the page and retry the submission

To help us process claims as efficiently as possible, please do not submit multiple claims for the same individual or product unless specifically instructed to do so by the Recall Team, as duplicate submissions may result in delays.

Please note that all official recall determinations, claim reviews, eligibility confirmations, and replacement updates will be communicated directly through the recall process and via email correspondence associated with your submission.

We appreciate your patience, cooperation, and understanding as we work through a volume of submissions while ensuring each claim is reviewed accurately and fairly.
