If you can’t remove your SmartBell from the storage tray, or turn its handle to adjust the weight, then the small white release buttons on the bottom of the SmartBell could be jammed.

There are two slightly different versions of the SmartBell.

Find the SmartBell that looks like yours in the below image to locate where the small white buttons are on your version.

To unjam the SmartBell, try turning the SmartBell and storage tray onto its side, while pulling the SmartBell off the tray. This should unjam the unlatching buttons.

Carefully place the SmartBell back into its tray, and check that the adjustable handle can properly turn again.
